- Congress said – There is no proof of taking bribe against Verma
- Rakesh Sinha’s allegation of saving
- BJP said, according to rules decided by the Election Committee
Congress raised questions about how Alok Verma was removed from the CBI director’s post . The party has alleged that the High Level Selection Committee made the decision by making the CVC probe report which is wrong.
Congress spokesman Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that the CVC has said in its investigation report that the allegations of taking bribe against Alok Verma have not been found, and the allegations against Alok Verma of saving the accused Rakesh Sinha in the IRCTC case Has not been proven. Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that Alok Verma was not given a chance to speak in front of the selection committee which is wrong. In this case no separate investigation was conducted, neither trials nor any order of court was in order.
The BJP has justified the decision committee’s decision. BJP leader Anurag Thakur said that the decision committee’s decision was in accordance with the rules.
However, many opposition parties are seen standing with the Congress on this issue. Likes and removes it. ”
