The first passenger train reached Nepal from India was welcomed by local people. Passenger train, passing through the test operation, reached a distance of 18.1 kilometers from Bathnah in Bihar and reached the eastern industrial town of Biratnagar in Nepal.
Officials said that this train reached Nepal was welcomed in Nepal. Flags of India and Nepal were planted on the train. During the test visit, Indian Railway engineers and officials of the construction company were on the train. On this route, 13.1 km area falls in Nepal.
